The Papagayo Project 

Welcome to our Papagayo website! The Papagayo Project is a program at El Paso Community College that started in 2005 to promote a love of books, and writing. Since then, we host weekly workshops at the Rio Grande campus on the humanities and the arts. Located in downtown El Paso right next to the US/Mexico border, we try to make learning engaging, relevant, and fun!
